NES is organised into 5 business clusters; Ventures (VEN); Strategy and Innovation (SI); Business Development (BD); Wind and Low Carbon Development (WALC); and New Energy Operations (NEO). **Job Description** Be a part of “Prepare for operation” during the business development and project development phase, including: o Representing “operations” in the projects, justifying project concepts, scope and cost. o Developing operational strategies and execute on this o Developing and follow-up of operational requirements o Negotiation of service contracts o Stakeholder management Participate in various improvement projects within the department and across NEO Operational Excellence **Qualifications** Master’s degree Experience from operations and/or project execution – offshore/onshore wind is a strong preference Technical knowledge about wind turbine and/or transmission systems is preferable Fluent English oral and writing Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications. 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. **Personal Qualities** Good communication skills Positive, take initiative and fast learner Self-driven and able to work alone as well as being a good team player Flexible when it comes to work hours and travel Curious and passionate about asking and answering questions Eager to find improvements in the value chain Ability to pass offshore wind safety and rescue training according to requirements.
