Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future . + The Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Manager is responsible for managing a complex, 24x7x365 enterprise operations center including overseeing an operations team responsible for coordinating and tracking all Tier II incidents (across the enterprise) through resolution. + The EOC manager must be proficient in designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and operating tools (such as NetIQ, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Splunk, Solar Winds, VRealize, and Zabbix) to monitor and proactively manage a global IT environment. + The EOC manager provides monitoring solutions that reduce time, effort, and cost involved with managing and monitoring applications to assess the availability, performance, and capacity, for the overall health of the environment. + Produce and maintain standard operating procedures. + Serve as a liaison between Senior Management, customers, and interagency partners to address and resolve technical issues and implement improvements. + Build working relationships with subcontractors and vendors to establish team cohesion. + Manage a workforce positioned across multiple locations, ensuring completion of milestones within specific budgets and schedules. + Perform a variety of both complex and routine administrative and analytical duties. + Perform quality management, evaluating program metrics related to contract performance and customer satisfaction and ensuring objectives are met. Advance client goals through effective execution of requirements and problem solving. Required: + It is required that the EOC Manager has the following qualifications: + Possesses an Intermediate Level ITILĀ® Certification (or higher) in at least one Service Capability or Service Lifecycle Module. + A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing an enterprise operations center and managing and leading enterprise operations center staff with skills applicable to a project environment similar in size, scope and complexity as Consular Affairs (CA).
