Job Summary + Under general supervision, this role provides clerical and administrative/secretarial support to a management level(s), and department or staff. + Performs general office duties such as: answering and screening telephone calls, making appointments and scheduling meetings, processing mail and faxes, composing correspondence, collecting, compiling and analyzing information and data, providing information on inquiries, maintaining and updating office supplies, assisting in maintenance of department files, performing data entry and maintaining and updating department informational databases. + May process expense reports/invoices, provide budget tracking support, handle confidential records and information and make travel arrangements. + Uses discretion in making decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work. + Provides general typing and word processing support. + Regularly uses computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, graphics and presentation software. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience + Ability to collect, compile and analyze information and dataAbility to collect, compile and analyze information and dataGood oral and written communication skillsProficient skills operating computerized and standard office equipmentProficient in use of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and presentation softwareUnderstanding of company policies and proceduresSome clerical/administrative experienceUnderstanding of SAP + At least 3 years of administrative/secretarial experience + High School Diploma/GED Education Requirements Education Level: Required: High School Graduate , GED Working Conditions Office Work Environment 76 -100% Test Description This job requires recommended test results from CEB/SHL Online Clerical Assessments (Proofreading, Classifying & Coding, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint) administered on-line during the pre-employment process. The Classifying and Coding test measures the candidate's ability to classify and code items by categories. You will have 4 minutes to answer 70 questions. The Proofreading assessment measures the candidate's ability to read for errors involving spelling, punctuation, and grammar and word choice. It also measures the candidate's ability to correct those errors. You will have 6 minutes to answer 60 questions. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - You will be asked to perform in a simulated environment that resembles the actual application. You will have 25 minutes to complete 20 questions.
