Come join the team! **We are currently seeking warehouse supervisor to join our** **factory set up** **team** **in Hunt** **sville** **, AL as part of** **the new** **LG Electronics** **Huntsville** **solar module factory.** This warehouse Supervisor will report to a Manager of material team and will be responsible for warehouse management, material/finished products location, physical inventory counting, raw material to production line, system transactions, 5S, safety management including forklift, temperature humidity control, etc. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned shift / employees to achieve the required performance and warehouse SOP. Maintain records and inventories. Manage the location and FIFO, warehouse efficiency. + Ensure that inventory quantity is exact with the system (ERP) at all times. + Plan and organize work for smooth operations. + Responsible for daily report of inventory, shipment, warehouse issue and etc. + Ensure that standard of warehouse management is adapted in all transactions. + Monitor to ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations and the plant's safety program. + Work with employees to resolve personnel problems. Schedule employees to effectively meet production needs and to ensure vacation and other time off consistent with plant policies. Assist in candidate selection as requested. + Provide the daily communication in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals. Communicate to employees all issues that affect the plant and report it to the material manager and team leader. + Responsible to prepare periodical / occasional material physical counting. + Responsible to prepare the audit from 3 rd party certification. + Responsible to maintain warehouse’s 5S. + Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
