DPI’s operates across six continents and implements rigorous safety standards, technological innovations and environmental awareness. **Job Description** Provide input to Equinor on UK Regulatory Compliance Manage relevant aspects of the Independent Competent Person (ICP) / Class / PED Contracts Manage Greenfield Project and Brownfield Modification and Project Verification Activities Management of the Operational Verification Activities including: • Plan and organise surveys offshore and onshore, discussing and interfacing with Planning Dept on Operational workscopes • Chair post activity meetings to agree actions, action parties and due dates • Drive the close out of actions Management of Combined Operation (COMOPS) Design and Operational Verification Activities and Interfaces between relevant parties Management of the Brownfield Management of Change (MoC) process in relation to Safety and Environmentally Critical Elements (SECE) Verification modifications including interface with the Project Team Management of SECE Assurance Process System Reviews Auditing of Verification Scheme Technical and Competency Processes at the ICP and Engineering, Procurement and Construction Companies Manage and maintain the Verification Scheme and Written Schemes of Examination (WSE) for UK assets Manage and maintain Classification Scheme for relevant UK Assets including: • Planning Offshore Classification Surveys • Organise Kick Off and Close Out Meetings with Classification Society • Drive Conditions of Class actions to closure Co-ordinate PED activities with relevant discipline engineers Co-ordinate Safety Case Technical Material Changes interface between Equinor and ICP Development and Implementation of Web Based Compliance Databases Chair Compliance Management Meetings Communicate Compliance concerns/issues to Equinor Senior Management through regular meetings and presentations **Qualifications** Degree in relevant Discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical and Instruments etc) Chartered Engineer or able to demonstrate application Lead Auditor in Quality / Safety preferred Relevant experience in UK Verification Scheme working in an Operator and /or ICP Relevant offshore UK Verification experience as a Verifier / Surveyor Working knowledge of current relevant United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS) legislation and Industry Guidance Working Knowledge of Classification Society Requirements Working Knowledge of Safety and Environmental Critical Element Management processes Understanding of Pressure Equipment Directive requirements Good digital competence including knowledge of computer maintenance management Systems (i.e. SAP) Understanding of the Well Examination Scheme and the interfaces with the Verification Scheme Experience of developing Design and Operational Performance Standards Proven negotiating skills Good communication skills at all levels within organisation **Personal Qualities** Ability to live by our safety and security expectations Good interpersonal skills - team work oriented across disciplines and organisational boundaries Ability to be hands-on and perform high quality work within tight deadlines Very good collaboration and communication skills Fluent in English both written and oral Strong motivation to ensure Equinor complies with UKCS legislation and hence protects the safety of both Equinor personnel and business Ability to manage many stakeholders Ability to apply lean thinking and continuous improvement to daily work Comply with company values: open, collaborative, courageous and caring **We Offer** We offer competitive salaries, a general bonus scheme, good pension and insurance schemes and a comprehensive welfare package.
