South Jersey Gas is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage B2C and B2B marketing initiatives for all marketing channels with a focus on customer growth. Position supports corporate objectives including business growth & development, lead acquisition, energy efficiency program rollout, sales support, brand building and improving customer experience. Comfortable managing both strategy and execution, leading cross-functional teams, tight deadlines and changing needs. Relationship-builder and creative thinker with a collaborative, solution-focused and resilient approach, ready to hit the ground running. Position is located at the new South Jersey Gas headquarters in Atlantic City, NJ.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
-5+ years marketing experience in a fast-paced marketing department with broad-based responsibility for all marketing channels and multiple product lines; keen understanding of timelines, advertising agency and printer processes
+ Proven hands-on experience planning, developing, executing and reporting on end-to-end marketing campaigns utilizing print, radio, digital, social, email, direct mail (integrated campaign management)
+ Keen understanding of marketing strategy, creative development and execution, media, advertising agency and print processes
+ Metrics-driven marketing mind with a passion for marketing
+ Strong analytical, communication, project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
+ Experience with segmentation strategy, marketing automation, web analytics and CRM tools
+ P & L experience
+ Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great communications, advertising, emails, landing pages
+ Big picture thinker skilled at connecting the dots

+ Build and lead strategy and execution of marketing plans to support business objectives across targeted channels and segments in support of the overarching strategic marketing plan Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing communications
