Currently, PSNA has an immediate opening available for a **Manufacturing Process Supervisor.** **What You'll Get to Do:** + Responsibility for department KPI as follows; Production plan achievement rate (On-time delivery); Productivity (Output per head); Production yield; Production loss (Failure cost); Production cost (Direct/Indirect labor, Depreciation, Indirect material, Power, Maintenance & Repair...); Inventory amount and Inventory difference + Collaborate with shift leader & Team Leads on production control, production engineering and quality control work + Instruct daily work to the Shift Leaders When required according to the working situation + Resolve issues as they occur in production process with the Engineering department and the Quality control department + Lead improvement activity (Quality control circle) for the production process + Oversee/Manage quality documents as the Document Administrator + Coordinate with Quality assurance department for product quality issues + Manage production floor SOP and keep all files updated along with employees training records + Manage attendance and labor production reports + Train/Educate new employees and train for production and evaluate skills and abilities of production and recommend employee allocation of employees + Provide shift supervisors with additional support as required. + Monitor production progress and coordinate with related departments for problem solving + Lean Manufacturing improvements, process improvements, 5’S, cycle time, takt time etc. + Plan improvement activities for productivity at the quality level and production level to reduce of production cost and improve overall quality. + Promote and keep industrial health and safety for the production process + Supervisor production floor employees when/as needed and fill out all production reports as required.
