Our Digital Channels team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will support the development and optimization of our self-service digital channels, including web, mobile, IVR, and Chatbot. You will work closely with Digital Product owners in facilitating end-to-end requirements gathering and user story creation. This role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and process flows to support project development.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for digital channel.

  • Collaborate and review functional design documents to ensure they meet business requirements.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, stepping in where needed to clarify, communicate, and provide support.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure digital solutions meet quality standards.

  • Establish meaningful relationships and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and Customer Care teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to find opportunities for improving digital customer experience.

  • Develop and send communication to stakeholders informing them of the impacts of system enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Related university degree OR technical diploma (preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field) with 2-4 years of directly related experience.

  • An equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience may also be considered.

  • Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrate ability to innovate, initiate, lead, or manage change.

  • Demonstrate ability to work independently on complex technical issues.

  • Demonstrate keen awareness of and aptitude for developing interpersonal relationships and building stakeholder engagement.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to make sound decisions and deliver results.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Enbridge systems and solutions such as SAP, Sitecore, KoreAi, Genesys is a plus.

  • Knowledge of technology implementation requirements and methodologies.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment24.

  • Experience with digital ecosystems and analytics tools.

  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

This role typically operates in an office environment with occasional travel to other Enbridge offices within Ontario.
