The Commercial Business Development role is pivotal in driving growth opportunities within the designated WSS segment and region, (Dewatering and Mining Focus). This position necessitates close collaboration across multiple teams and locations, with the incumbent recognised as a market expert. The role involves providing strategic input into sales and marketing plans, segment budgets, industry training, competitive strategies, and supporting the sales teams in positioning Xylem as a leading solutions provider.
