Job Description

The Systems Manager will be responsible for managing the information technology and customer management systems and develop the systems roadmap for end-customer online relationship management tools. The primary responsibility will be to manage all systems development activity linked to the CentroLease.com and CentroPack.com online portals, and related management of technology and service providers as well as systems linkages with funding managers. The CentroPack program is our complete system design and quoting tool for installers to use online. The CentroLease program is a residential financing program, that incorporates the CentroPacks and the associated tools, for Centrosolar value-added integrators in AZ, CA, NJ and HI, rapidly to other markets.

Essential Functions

Online Portal systems management

  • Manage all functionality, performance and development roadmap for centrolease.com to support CentroLease and CentroPack program sales. Manage technology budget for program spending on centrolease.com and centro-pack.com portals and related services.
  • Interface closely with CentroLease team based in Fremont, CA and Operations and Product Management teams based in Scottsdale, AZ to identify need for system updates and/or improvements. Manage all systems-related change-management activities and communicate systems roadmap to entire sales and service support team on a weekly basis, to ensure internal training and readiness.
  • Manage interface to all software technology as well as service providers for centrolease.com and centro-pack.com online platforms. Also lead identification of new service providers that are critical for further development of technology platform. Hold internal IT organization and external software development vendors accountable for performance to commitments required for the CentroLease program.
  • Manage development of online consumer lead generation and management systems, integrated with Centrosolar internal enterprise systems.
  • Manage work breakdown, resource needs and team organization, estimating how much a project should really cost, and ensuring that budget spend is reasonable for contracted scope. Drives proactive actions to flat line incremental IT operational costs when new capabilities are added.

CentroLease program systems support

  • Manage the CentroLease market-pricing and customer-financing related models behind CentroLease.com. Work closely with service providers for such activity.
  • Manage Centrosolar customer-related inbound calls for IT support and online helpdesk for centrolease.com
  • Support corporate team in implementation of company-wide CRM system platform, and interface to Centrolease.com

Desired Skills & Experience

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences, with 3 or more years’ experience in the PV industry, preferably in the functional areas of engineering, product development / technology, project financing, technology management or related.
  • Some experience in the area of IT program management / software and online systems development or integration, with demonstrated background in service contract execution and management will be considered an added advantage for this position.
  • Understanding of and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com & Microsoft Dynamics and related technology platforms/databases.
