Fluid is currently hiring Program Manager positions as part of our Energy Efficiency Team. Program Managers are responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous projects including managing a team of internal associates and external contractors. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment under the supervision of the Senior Manger.

-Develop and draft key program materials and documents
-Manage the contract and budget to ensure compliance
-Meet and manage project deliverables to high quality standards, budget and timeline
-Develop and accurately track program budgets and performance metrics
-Implement quality control process, implementation manuals, process flows, implementation strategies and required analytics
-Preparation of timely, accurate and meaningful status reports for both the client and management
-Provide feedback regarding team member performance and provide documentation for performance goals
-Partner with project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
-Coordinate activities with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance and HR to meet program needs
-Management of partner and subcontractor relationships and responsibilities
-Conduct regualar meetings with clients and support all report and information requests as needed
-Facilitate communication between the program and customer service representatives, trade allies and partners
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years experience in energy efficiency or a related field
-Minimum of 3 years in a management or team leadership role
-Experience with budgets, financial statements and resource allocation
-Experience managing clients, staff, internal and external stakeholders
-Experience in marketing preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work under stress, interruptions and tight deadlines
-Strong attention to detail and quality; organized and process-oriented.
