Fluid is currently hiring for a Trade Ally Coordinator position as part of the Energy Efficiency Team. The Trade Ally Coordinator is responsible for a range of tasks supporting the field staff and network of trade allies. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

-Coordinate trade ally outreach and training
-Serve as a liasion to the marketing department to ensure that print and web materials are accurate and informative. Coordinate distribution of marketing materials.
-Ensure that adequate supplies of print collateral are maintained
-Act as a point of contact and repond to requests and questions from outside contractors in a timely manner with appropriate documentation
-Respond to issues or complaints as they arise, escalating as appropriate
-Garner feedback from trade allies, both formally and informally, in order to inform program improvements
-Coordinate scheduling needs for programs
-Assist in the production of training manuals and materials
-Collect and maintain required certifications and agreements from trade allies
-Prepare data for monthly reports and other information requests as needed
-Monitor data to identify trends, opportunities and fraud
-Attend meetings as required
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-BA and minimum of 2 years experience in energy efficiency or a related field
-Minimum of 2 years supporting the execution of projects
-Able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal oversight
-Proficient in Microsoft Work and Excel
-Excellent writing and editing skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Abitility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong attention to detail and quality; organized and process-oriented
-Regional travel in your own vehicle required. Must have a valid driver's license.
