My client is a global leading power producer and provider specialized in the solar industry and a manufacturer of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, roof tiles and solar panels. With circa 6,000 employees across all the continents, they are rapidly expanding into new locations and they have detected Saudi Arabia a new country to invest in.
My client is looking for a highly competent individual to bring on as Product Manager representative in Saudi Arabia. This candidate must have experience in solar PV sales and have a proven track record in generating new business and coordinating sales efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified individual to take a front line position within a rapidly growing and successful organisation.
• Adapt / Create Module Sale Presentations for Saudi Arabia
• Manage all Product Documentation - Datasheets, Install guides, Warranty
• Accumulate market intelligence on competitor modules and market pricing
- Volume, Price, Cost, Margins - for key products & Customers by key markets
- Power quality (average power vs. rated power)
• Respond / resolve product related questions from teams
• Manage product requirements for key accounts
• Monitor and improve product quality through management of customer complaints, product returns, monitoring of product yields and quality reports
• Support operations in solving product specific supply/demand issues
• Support in rationalizing product mix and managing product life cycles
• Support in creating and updating product marketing materials including Product Bulletins, sales presentations, product pages on website, Product Datasheets, and product brochures
• Support in gathering market data and conducting customer research
• BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Degree
• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Native in Arabic, and fluent in English.
• Ability to multi-task up to 10 parallel projects
• Candidate will be able to travel internationally
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimum direction
• Proven ability to drive project to closure and have direct ownership of projects
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Demonstrated experience in bringing relevant products to launch and to maturity
• Superior project management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong presentation skills at Senior Management level
