Fluid is currently looking for a full-time Web Developer to support our growing technology needs under the supervision of our IT Director.
-Research, plan, develop, code, document and maintain web-based applications
-Maintain existing web applications and server-side data
-Manage day-to-day operations of web applications, such as site maintenance, identification of necessary enhancements, security updates and development of new sections as appropriate
-Measure and monitor web application and server problems and implement website updates
-Set and enforce compatibility and interoperability standards that ensure site accessibility for all users
-Conduct research into current and emerging web technologies and issues in support of web development efforts; track and evaluate new standards, technologies and trends in web architecture, development, design and delivery; identify, recommend and prioritize new web features and applications.

You communicate clearly and are able to work collaboratively with staff and users. You speak a variety of programming languages and have experience with numerous databases and operating systems on multiple platforms. You enjoy learning about new software packages and hardware, and you adapt easily to changes in technology. You can work independently and under time constraints to meet deadlines. You are also passionate about energy and the environment and want to contribute to a better future.

-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-5+ years of experience in a business environment
-Proficient using Microsoft database access methods including ADO.NET
-ASP.NET AJAX and client-side scripting
-Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
-Solid understanding of the ASP.NET applications event model
-XML data access in ADO.NET 3.5 applications
-Data access by Language Integrated Query to Microsoft SQL Designer
