Description

 

My client is a leading global manufacturer of high quality crystalline ingots, wafers, cells and mono and multi crystalline PV panels with operations spaning across Europe, South-East Asia and the US. 
 
Position Overview: 
Maximizes revenues through the direction of sales managers and reps. The senior Sales manager will be responsible for lead generation, customer relationship development, proposal development, contract preparation and negotiation in Europe.
 
Responsible for;
Managing the Italian, Czech and German sales teams
Seeking and building relationships with new customers
Pay visits to their clients on a monthly or even bi-weekly basis 
Conduct intensive follow up and meetings with new clients
Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
Will be expected to proactively source new clientele and generate new revenue streams
Negotiating terms and closing deals
 
Education:-
- Must have strong educational background (Batchelors) 
 
Core Requirements:-
 
Proven leadership ability and the ability to motivate a team to achieve common goal.
Strong negotiation skills
Able to handle high work pressure and meet quarterly revenues and profit targets set by the company 
Available and willing to work abroad, preferably a native 
Relevant PV experience in the PV industry is essential
Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
 
General Requirements:-
Ability to travel 
Proficient with making impactful presentations
Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities
Ability to work independently but within tightly controlled business policies
 
 
Key Skills:-
•Solar PV, negotiations experience, sales experience, solar product (wafers, ingots, modules and/or inveters) sales experience and team leadership
