My client is a global manufacturer of high quality PV cells and modules. They have established themselves as a key player in the solar PV market and are now looking to bring on a highly skilled and competent country manager for Turkey.
 
Position Overview:
My client is looking for a highly competent individual to bring on as the country manager for Turkey. This candidate must have extensive experience in solar PV sales and have a proven track record in generating new business and coordinating sales efforts. It will be a home based position predominantly with frequent travel, this is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified individual to take a lead position within a rapidly growing and successful organisation.
 
Responsibilities:
Define sales and marketing strategies according to the Turkish climate and market and in line with company guidelines.
Establish and grow key relationships with new and existing customers
Provide aftersales support to customers, resolve complaints and resolve sensitive situations
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that the business plan is moving in line with the market
Coordinate with the marketing team for local exhibitions to increase brand awareness
Liaise with the technical department so as to be able to provide the best quality of advice and support to customers
Source new clients to generate new streams of revenue
 
Education:
MSc or BSc in Business Management or Sales and Marketing is desirable
 
Core Requirements:
Must have 2-4 years experience in Solar PV sales
Must have strong negotiation skills
Be able to develop rapports and build relationships as you will be acting as a brand ambassador
Will be a target driven individual
Must be innovative and a problem-solver
Must currently be located in Turkey
 
General Requirements

Must be willing to travel frequently
