We're currently looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our growing marketing team. This position will be responsible for managing marketing programs or projects; developing and monitoring project schedules; writing marketing plans, creative briefs and other marketing documents; integrating overarching program/client goals with marketing goals; developing, tracking and reporting project and campaign success metrics; reviewing and auditing creative deliverables against strategies and briefs; update website content; and working with external contractors as they produce deliverables (copywriters, web developers, designers, printers, etc.).

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS
4-year degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent experience
Minimum three years in-house marketing or agency experience
Outstanding communication skills and proven abilities as a team collaborator
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
Ability to write creative briefs and marketing plans, and work with a creative team to deliver on your strategy
Ability to manage a variety of marketing projects with multiple deliverables, from data analysis to campaign design
Ability to work with internal team members to pitch creative ideas and concepts
Strong attention to detail
Organized and process-oriented
Ability to move seamlessly from strategic to tactical execution within tight deadlines
Advanced level experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Light travel required

PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience developing marketing performance plans and success metrics reports
Experience in a successful start-up environment
A personal interest in environmental issues
Energy industry experience
Consumer product marketing experience
Knowledge of energy efficiency
