Our Program coordinator will provide administrative support to energy efficiency programs and will be responsible for customer service, scheduling, data tracking, rebate management, and reporting for programs.


  • Initiate and respond to customer calls for information on program offerings and requirements.  Contact field staff or supervisors as needed.
  • Assist in the resolution of customer issues.  Document calls and customers issues in program database.  Follow-up with customers or field staf to secure necessary documentation.
  • Respond to field staff requests for information, changes or paperwork to complete their assignments.
  • Assist with the coordination of field staff schedules.
  • Process and track work orders.
  • Document inspection results and process certificates as required.
  • Assist in monthly invoicing process by checking and verifying data.
  • Input, verify and correct data for monthly program reporting requirements.  Check data file for completeness.
  • Compile, analyze and track program data and report program information.
  • Assist in developing processes to track client data and transactions according to contract specifications.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the delivery of programs and services to CSG customers, contractors and field staff.


  • BA/BS in business, finance or accounting, environmental studies or related field preferred, or equivalent business experience
  • Previous analytical and project management experience
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills with multiple competing priorities
  • Demonstrated, strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal  skills
  • Solid understanding and experience using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Access.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience


Compensation package includes paid holidays, 80% paid medical, 50% paid dental, paid life & AD&D and paid STD & LTD insurance coverage, plus employer matching retirement plan
