Client profile:
My client is one of the largest providers of solar energy systems in Europe. The provide photovoltaics, solar heating and electro mobility and carry out national and international large-scale projects (MW-range). The company is working globally and with a strong vision to provide solutions which are made for the future the company is constantly expanding and therefore looking for a manager to do the sales force in Germany. 
 
As a head of regional sales you will responsible for up to 8 sales rep. and make sure they work and perform to your and the company's expectations. In this position you will be reporting straight to the German Headquarter. You will be responsible for the realization of the sales targets and will be working home-office based. 
 
Main Responsibilities:
- Supreme regional representative of the comapny and their departments:
o PV / Consumption
o own products (OEM products)
o On-Off-Grid / project department
o If necessary. Solar thermal and E-Mobility
- Coordinator of the area
- Manages up to 8 people
- Support of up to 10 key customers in the region
- Competitive Analysis
- Sales target achievement / market share targets are achieved in the region and in the individual postcodes
- Income achievement according to specifications
- Coaching the team members
- Solution provider for problems in the area or team
- Responsible individual action by Donauer specifications and sales management
- Monitoring the equality of all persons for the commission calculation
- Education and training of all team members
 
Key Requirements:
- Several years of leadership experience in sales
- Feel for the market and its opportunities
- able to motivate a team and support the individual 
- Control function ("targets") to all team members
- able to travel
