My client is a leading, international supplier of PV systems, people there 
develop, plan, construct and sell PV systems up to the Mulit-MegaWatt range. With a very high performance level, the company proved that they have established a solid business structure and are still looking to develop further. The company has a very flat structure which give room to work together with the management and directors of board and supports people to work their way up very quickly. 
 
Position Overview: 
In this challenging position you will be responsible for the acquisition of large-scale PV projects in Europe and the EMEA region. The Senior Power Plant Sales Manager in Germany will have responsibility up to 2 Sales Managers and will be working closely together with our affiliates in EMEA to help their expansion activities in countries accordingly. A successful candidate will have the chance to develop the business in new countries and built up their own affiliates. 
 
Responsibilities: 
- acquisition of large-scale PV projects in the EMEA region and investment activities 
- construction of projects for the company into new markets in Europe 
- initiate the negotiation of particular EPC 
- development of new financial solutions 
- market observation 
- responsible for controlling the respective property companies 
- competitive analysis to support the strategic focus 
- project development contracts to develop nationally and internationally 
 
Education: 
- technical or business degree (B.Sc) 
 
Core Requirements: 
- 4-7 years of experience in similar company type 
- 2 - 3 years sales experience 
- can demonstrate oriented activities and similar success 
- experience on PV project business 
- interactions and networking with investors and policy opinion leader 
- experience in development and financing of large-scale PV power plants 
 
General Requirements

- safe, convincing negotiating skills 
- demanding customers and to convince them professionally
