Position: Manager, Marketing

Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing


As a member of the marketing team, this role contributes to driving and supporting the strategic positioning and promotion of the Engineering and Energy and Sustainability Services offerings within the firm’s Integrated Facilities Management practice. The environment is fast-paced and results-oriented, working closely with regional and global senior business leaders to deliver consistent and differentiated marketing messages.



  • Assist in the development and execution of regional and global marketing plans for Engineering Services to encompass both core and specialty service offerings and programs to include Energy & Sustainability Services
  • Manage and produce content for key initiatives to include:
  • Digital and social media programs
  • E-communications programs
  • Industry and business development presentations
  • Events to include webinars and forums
  • Marketing and sales content to include but not limited to videos, case studies, brochures and RFP response materials
  • Research, articles and whitepapers
  • Partner and collaborate with global and regional marketing, communications, public relations and research team members on a daily basis to drive programs
  • Support additional projects on a global and regional level as needed
  • Ensure that the firm’s brand and messaging is reflected in all initiatives and programs



  • Preferred, but not required:
    • Experience in a position(s) with global responsibilities
    • Experience in a global professional services organization(s)
  • Must be a results-oriented, self-starter with strategic skills and an appetite for challenging work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include editing and proofreading – applicant writing samples will be requested
  • Working knowledge of leading-edge print, digital and social media marketing applications
  • Understanding of and commitment to serving multiple stakeholders at both a regional and global level
  • Ability to work confidently and effectively with all levels of employees to include the C-Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in teams
  • Ability to manage work of creative agencies, writers and other vendors
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Seven to ten years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications and/or related writing-intensive field, business and/or related field
