Description

Project Manager is responsible for the development, oversight and delivery of completed projects to support client commitments and contract deliverables. Projects may include program pilots, start-ups and ongoing program deliverables, requiring thorough planning, timelines, action plans, reporting, internal and external communications, and resource management to ensure successful completion.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and timelines to achieve project deliverables. Develop action plans, communication plans, and timetables to support overall project goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate monthly production and identify marketing and/or strategy needs.
  • Develop and implement tools and reporting needed to ensure client goals and program requirements are met. Analyze results and prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc management and client reports as needed. Develop and manage project budget schedules.
  • Manage project components to ensure delivery of results on time and within budget. Identify and resolve issues as they arise. Periodically conduct process audits to ensure compliance.
  • Perform reconciliation projects and tracking/monitoring activities.
  • Manage interface with program staff, client representatives and contractors as projects require. Prepare and deliver internal and client presentations as needed. Provide exemplary service to all constituents, promote program and CSG.
  • Stay current on latest Program initiatives, policies, procedures, etc. and proposing ideas for improvement. Contribute to new business proposals by researching and writing.
  • Develop and foster strong business relationships to promote CSG, energy efficiency and program goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent business experience
  • 5-7 experience in residential construction or energy efficiency preferred
  • 3-5 years project management experience
  • Demonstrated, strong relationship management and or customer service experience in both individual and group settings, preferably in bringing together diverse interests and needs
  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills. Ability to develop detailed spreadsheets and analyze data
  • Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to foster a cooperative work environment

 

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
