A unique, exciting opportunity for a high energy, technically savvy, sales hunter and relationship builder to play a highly visible, important role in building the US business of one of the most aggressive growth companies in the global solar industry through managing residential and commercial dealer sales on the East Coast.

WINAICO, a subsidiary of Win Win Precision Technology a leading semiconductor company in Taiwan, manufactures and distributes high-performance crystalline solar modules globally through branches in the USA, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, England, Australia, and Japan. Winaico modules are manufactured in a state of the art, automated factory with stringent quality assurance procedures that meet or exceed all global standards.


  • Expand dealer/installer network by identifying, pitching and building relationships with potential partners in key East Coast markets through cold-calling, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
  • Deepen and expand relationships and business with existing partners
  • Train partner sales teams on WINAICO products and the industry leading customer benefits.
  • Efficiently and pro-actively manage relationships providing quotations, shepherding orders through the system and providing excellent post-sales service on a timely basis.
  • Provide regular reporting to sales management, including sales pipeline development, forecasting, key account status, and market condition updates.
  • Travel as required.


A competitive package consisting of base salary, variable pay, or other incentives.



Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or key account management. Experience within the North American photovoltaic energy market is highly preferred especially in a dealer channel environment.
  • Background in business and market development for technical products sold into residential, commercial, utility and distributor channels, such as power electronics, HVAC, or home appliances.
  • Experience building a sales channel in a US region is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating/converting and closing large dollar deals and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Excellent technical aptitude, including the ability to explain complex electrical systems in laymen’s terms as well as to understand customer’s technical requirements and relate them to internal teams. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment and a goal focused, self-starter who can work independently.
  • Articulate and concise with strong writing and persuasive presentation skills.  Attention to detail and clear reporting.
  • Based in a Mid-Atlantic state.
