Absolutely Energized Solar is looking for a fulltime self motivated residential salesperson.  

Primary geographic coverage includes central and southern NJ Use counties 

This  candidate will initially be responsible for selling solar electric, solar hot water, and whole house generators.  The majority of sales are expected to be in the $7,000 - $40,000 range.  Preliminary site surveys, initial design work, and proposal generation using company provided electronic tools will be the salespersons responsibility.  Salesperson will also be required to generate the majority of his/her leads by distributing door hangers, partnering with local stores, working home shows, etc.  Once a lead has materialized it will need to be entered and updated in a company CRM.   Sales documents will need to be scanned and filed on our company server following prescribed guidelines.    

Requirements

Individual must be able to listen to customer needs and sell solutions with a high level of personal integrity.  Serving residential customers will require time spent at customer’s homes often during evening and weekend hours.

Work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate homeowners

Posses’ strong organizational skills

Answer customer inquiries quickly and, follow-up, follow-up, follow-up

Climb a ladder, document roof construction via attic inspections

Create site drawings, and complete site surveys

 

NABCEP Sales Certification a plus

College education or equivalent required

Home selling experience preferred

Familiar with solar concepts a must
