Description

North shore area solar electric system integrator has an immediate opening for a full-time sales person in the Cambridge or Newton. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, self motivated and has a genuine interest in solar.

Responsibilities

  • Sales of solar electric systems
  • Prospect and qualify self-generated leads
  • Pursue company-provided leads
  • Conduct site assessments (includes setting up a ladder and measuring roofs)
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Manage customer payment schedule
  • Effectively communicate with customers, engineering, project
  • management and operations to deliver 100% customer satisfaction
  • Track, monitor, and report on customer relationships and sales pipeline.

We will provide you with a thorough understanding of every aspect of the design and installation of a solar electric system, explain the various financial incentives available to your clients, and provide you with ongoing marketing support, as well as technical and sales training
 

Requirements

Experience in the sale of products and services that require
communicating a strong value proposition (solar related experience a bonus)
Verifiable sales track record and references
Comfort and experience dealing with decision makers
Ability to work independently in the field
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional presentation skills
