Conservation Services Group, Inc. (CSG) is seeking a full time Program Operations Manager in southwestern New Jersey / eastern Pennsylvania.

  • Responsible for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of the delivery of program operations, which includes billing, accounting, data analysis and reporting, application support, client relationship management, technical support, administration or incentive processing.
  • Conduct the annual and quarterly budgeting and monthly billing/reporting activities for program and client needs.
  • Direct day to day financial and operational management. Supervise and produce monthly client reports in conjunction with program managers and staff.
  • Develop annual budget for program and monthly reconciliation of budget to contract.
  • Prepare monthly goal and performance tracking reports.
  • Interact with client(s) for a variety of program activities, develop and prepare reports, analyze program results as needed.
  • Manage staff in the delivery of services to the client(s) and customers according to program demands. Develop goals, measure and manage performance.
  • Define and establish practices and processes to accomplish objectives.
  • Define and establish program metrics in line with objectives. Track operations results against objectives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, customers and staff in the delivery of services.


  • B.S. Accounting, Finance ,Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years experience in financial or technical operations experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Budgeting, Accounting (AP/AR), financial analysis. Excellent project/account management, problem-solving skills. Tracking, data management and reporting experience.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and communications skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a group environment, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.


Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
