  • Act as Quality Assurance Verifier for our Energy Advisors
  • Assist with training curriculum development and review
  • Provide mentoring and shadowing for existing Field Staff
  • Lead classroom and field training for multiple CSG Programs in the Southeast
  • Ability to perform Evaluations and Inspections
  • Work with contractors to educate them about Best Practices and provide technical support


  • 2 or more years experience delivering technical trainings and/or 4 years experience working in Residential Energy Efficiency Programs.
  • BPI, RESNET, and other relevant certifications or the ability to earn those certification within the first 6 months of employment
  • Proficient with a computer and experience with energy modeling software: Rem/Rate, NEAT, TREAT, Real Home Analyzer, etc.
  • Willingness to travel overnight to support CSG Programs
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the subject matter


Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
