Description

Manage the processing of contracts for our residential retrofit customers. The Sr. Program Coordinator will be able to analyze and report on the status of contracts as needed.

  • Interface with technical staff to gather appropriate approvals and information.
  • Liaison with program partners regarding work orders and incentive payments.
  • Review and submit incentive payment requests
  • Assign contracts to Program Contractors based upon program process
  • Assist in preparing and validating weekly and monthly reports regarding contract statuses
  • Assist in managing MS Access database used for data collection
  • Identify stalled contracts and the reasons for them; support outreach efforts designed to encourage customer to proceed with stalled contracts
  • Assist in the scheduling and processing of Quality Control visits under the direction of Field Manager
  • Manage requests for reports from our reporting system by running and distributing reports appropriately

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent education required, some college preferred
  • 2-5 years program administration and database experience, plus 2-4 years general administration experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Detail orientation and ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Computer proficiency, experience with Windows-based office applications required. Previous database experience preferred.
    • Ability to analyze and manipulate data in Excel using filters, formulas, lookups and pivot tables desiredAbility to create queries and reports in MS Access desired
    • Must have good time-management skills and function well in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to work with field staff in a diplomatic but persistent manner to get needed information/documents so the contract pipeline flows smoothly and efficiently
    • Ability to recommend process improvements preferred

 

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
