The Branch Manager may be asked to lead one large branch or several small branches. They are responsible to the revenue and P&L for their respective branches. They are also expected to lead and manage the branch personnel and resources to ensure safety, quality and customer satisfactions.  This position may be based out of the Kapolei, HI location. 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years business/construction experience, with 2+ years as a supervisor with in the trades
  • Candidates must posses  Hawaii Journeyman's Electrical License or SE License 
  • Undergraduate degree  preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Operationally focused; detailed oriented but able to grasp big picture.
  • Good people skills, able to manage, motivate and discipline if necessary. Capable of building a world-class branch.
  • Positive attitude; not easily flustered, motivated team player, looking to succeed.
  • Excellent skills with MS Excel, MS Word and project management tools (MS Project)
  • Strong work ethic, analytical, understands how to manage people effectively and leads by example. Able and willing to dive deep, get involved and do the things that need to get done.
  • Travel, between branch locations.
