Description

Support Internal /External Communications team through:

  • Generating social media content for Facebook
  • Generating content for and coordinating distribution of Trade Ally newsletter
  • Generating content for program materials, including contacting customers and clients to gather testimonials, researching and data gathering that can be used for new case studies, sales sheets and info graphics
  • Manage incoming event inquiries and all event deliverables including timelines, logistics, coordinating planning and strategy meetings and providing all internal/external communication event updates

 

Support Marketing and Design staff through:

  • Concept brainstorming, concept development
  • Assisting with vendor and program accounting and reporting management
  • Cataloging and working with design team to make changes to marketing collateral
  • Informing Contact Center of upcoming marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with organizing a library/archiving system for graphic design files and marketing samples

Requirements

  • Is currently working towards a college degree/career in public relations, marketing, communications, business or related degree; including a minimum 2 years of coursework completed
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills including negotiating, interpersonal and copywriting
  • Must have strong project management skills, including organization and time management
  • Must be creative with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not required
  • Must have a desire to learn and work in a team-setting and as an individual
  • Has research and analytical skills
  • Is interested in the energy efficiency/sustainability industry
