Provide administrative support for financial reporting and client billing for the residential energy efficiency programs CSG implements for Wisconsin Focus on Energy under the joint direction of local program management and regional financial management.



  • Receive, enter and verify financial transactions. Review for accuracy and ensure they meet the guidelines for processing. Initiate and respond to calls for information on program offerings and requirements . Requires minimal direction.
  • Prepare, verify, and process client invoices. Reconcile and balance monthly reporting.
  • Conduct financial data review for monthly invoice processing and monthly reporting requirements. Resolve discrepancies and ensure month-end process is complete and accurate. Develop and prepare monthly reports to meet program requirements.
    • Process and track financial transactions, contracts and work orders. Verify that transactions comply with financial policies.
    • Assist in monthly invoicing process by checking and verifying data.
      • Coordinate inventory forecasting, supply purchasing and disbursement. Assess reported trends, supplies and data problems.
      • Conduct data review, indentifying discrepancies and resolving them.
      • Assist Program Management in developing proper accounting controls and procedures
      • Assist Program Management in budgetary activities as needed.
      • Train and coach team members in program requirements, processes, tools, documentation and customer service.
      • Review rebates, bids and contract exceptions and assist team with eligibility requirements and processing issues.


  • HS Diploma or equivalent education required, some college preferred
  • 5-7 years general finance and accounting and program administration experience to include daily ledger entry, balance sheet reconciliation, A/P, and AR, plus 2-4 years general administration experience.
  • Some training experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, including the use of excel formulas, pivot tables and access queries and reports.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Detail orientation and ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
