Description

  • Assists call center with management of field staff schedules, oversees contractor requests for assistance, assesses and manages field QA reports.
  • Develops and interprets weekly results, and develops into strategies to further grow the business.
  • Proactively identifies contractors, customers, and program partners whose revenue may be shrinking as to address any “at risk” accounts and reach out to those accounts with the Account Field Representative to ensure all the account needs are met.
  • Provides account leadership including coordination of internal analytical, strategy and technical resources to deliver on account’s needs and expectations.
  • Delivers against a set scope of work that includes strategic development, results reporting, creative development and account management.
  • Manages and expands account relationships through continual needs assessments and relationship plans.
  • Ensures account satisfaction and new expansion opportunities within existing account base.
  • Understands the business needs, participate in solution development, and effectively communicate solutions.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with knowledge of Home Performance practices and a comprehensive understanding of building science as demonstrated by a current BPI certification.
  • 7 – 9 years experience in account management or other sales development role.
  • Enthusiasm for energy conservation. Ability to effectively communicate technical and program concepts to contractors, consumers, and other interested people or organizations. Excellent people skills, very good presentation and writing skills. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Computer proficiency, experience with Windows-based office applications required. Familiarity with computerized building energy modeling software such as REM/Rate, ResCheck and Home Check, Manual J, or other residential construction software required.

 

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
