  • Installs energy-efficient compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs), high efficiency showerheads and water-saving kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators.
  • Represents and is an ambassador for a well-known and well-respected energy-efficiency Wisconsin-based non-profit organization.
  • Establishes rapport and consults with homeowner during 45-minute direct installation.
  • Educates homeowner on energy efficiency and other programs that could save the homeowner energy and money.
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
  • Troubleshoots installation breakdowns if needed.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities.
  • Accomplishes operations and organization goals and mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Participates in marketing and community outreach as needed.
  • Opportunities to advance in the company are available.


  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of basic hand tools.
  • Proficiency with basic elements of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in order to collect information.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
