Conservation Services Group, Inc. (CSG) seeks a full time Senior Program Coordinator for its Philadelphia, PA office. The Philadelphia office is responsible for implementing local programs related to energy efficiency, health and safety, improved comfort, and increased home value to homeowners.

Working with the Marketing Manager and reporting to the Program Operations Manager this position will serve a key role to facilitate the flow of information between CSG staff, clients, customers, and contractors.

•Support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of integrated marketing communications and advertising programs that drive participation
•Project mix includes direct mail, digital, print, email, collateral, case studies, mobile, social, videoresearch, and events
•Assists with the development, writing, and communication of marketing plans, creative briefs, project recommendations, and presentations
•Assist in the preparation of Program reports and briefings, both internally and for the client
•Prepare a wide-range of program forms and collateral materials
•Assist with campaign performance analysis and reporting
•Participate in client communications including the review/approval process
•Communicate marketing tactics and timelines to call center staff and operations team
•Assist with processing program incentive claims, verify incentive eligibility and project status, and maintain electronic records of all Program project.
•Provide administrative and data entry support to field staff and participating contractors who need information or assistance on Program policies, rules, and procedures
•Support field staff and contractors in resolving issues related to work scope and/or data input
•Handle customer and contractor inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
•Provide program support for customers, clients, and contractors.
•Resolve and document customer and contractor concerns and issues
•Respond to field staff requests for information
•Assists with other day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ related experience required with increasing responsibility
  • Agency experience, or client-facing role within an in-house agency environment is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills are required. Candidate must be a highly-organized multi-tasker that can manage a variety of projects, priorities, and timelines
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Excellent proofing skills and knowledge of branding concepts
  • Experience with email marketing software, strategies, and best practices
  • Familiarity with the print production process
  • Ability to assist with digital marketing assets and campaigns
  • Knowledge of direct mail processes and requirements
  • Experience coordinating with graphic designers on the production of materials
  • The ability to track, analyze and report on campaign performance


Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
