Description

CSG is currently seeking a high-energy process and customer service driven team member to manage the Program Operations for a local high-efficiency furnace replacement program. This Program Operations Manger will partner closely with the existing program management leadership team to support the client and customer needs. They will work closely with staff in processing customer contracts and rebates, establish high levels of customer service, provide financial oversight on customer and contractor transactions for handoff to Finance & Accounting, and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day program initiatives. The Program Operations Manager will also work with other CSG central service teams in developing and implementing solutions to improve the overall operational job functions.

 

The Program Operations Manager will also serve as the technical lead for the program, offering industry insights and strategic planning services in the area of high-efficiency furnace replacements.

 

  • Develop program policies and procedures as they relate to high-efficiency furnace replacements.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the following functional areas; trade ally management, processing of contracts and rebates, customer service, contractor invoicing, and overall support of various other program initiatives.
  • Produce monthly client reports.
  • Define and establish program metrics in line with objectives. Track operations results against objectives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, customers and staff in the delivery of services.
  • Manage the overall workflow of the program.
  • Dedicated focus on customer service and provide issue resolution for any complications that may arise with customers.
  • Keen financial oversight of all transactions involving receipt and payment to customers and contractors.
  • Manage the delivery of services to the client and customers according to the client contract.
  • Collaborate with program management staff to meet client program information and reporting needs.
  • Establish benchmarks for the program and assist in the development of the processes and reports to quantify and track those measures.
  • Communicate and act as the day to day liaison with the program manager and CSG central service teams to develop process and system improvements.
  • Develop goals, measures and evaluate performance of staff and provide feedback.
  • Maintain and reinforce a positive attitude within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5-7 years operational experience.
  • 3-5 years experience managing a staff.
  • Strong HVAC background.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and communications skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a group environment, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products.

 

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
