Description

CSG is currently seeking a self-motivated, high energy, Program Analyst to partner closely with internal CSG teams to lead, analyze, propose and deliver business solutions for the Massachusetts based RCS program. There will be a strong emphasis on assisting CSG Field Managers in compiling, analyzing and tracking program data for reporting program information. This individual will develop processes to assist in the overall delivery and support to Field Managers, Lead Energy Specialists, Energy Specialists as well as back office personnel. This will be achieved by, facilitating and participating in internal work sessions with the program user community, documenting and analyzing business requirements, and coordinating the overall solution delivery for the program. They will be responsible for gaining a clear understanding of the business and user needs and preparing well-structured solutions for multiple RCS teams.

 

  • Collaborate with program management staff to meet client program information and reporting needs.
  • Address CSG management and client inquiries regarding past and current customers to determine level of follow up HEA.
  • Coordination of repeat customers, same day schedule updates and responding to Contact Center special requests.
  • Coordination of marketing and special initiative events
  • Develop program reports for internal and external clients.
  • Compile and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual reports and make necessary adjustments, address variances and assess results.
  • Perform data analysis to make recommendations to management. These recommendations could pertain to individual participants or overall Program changes.
  • Collaborate with program management staff and clients to meet program information and reporting needs. Respond to client inquiries.
  • Develop or modify processes to track allied contractor data and transactions according to contract specifications.
  • Identify, document, analyze, propose and deliver business solutions by working with the program user community and CSG central services to ensure the program requirements and requests are finalized including; scope, data sources, work flows and processes, assumptions, risks, and end user documentation.
  • Establish benchmarks for the program and assist in the development of the processes and reports to quantify and track those measures.
  • Evaluate the final business solution, identify and document opportunities for future improvements and schedule for subsequent phases.
  • Communicate and act as the day to day liaison with various program teams and CSG central service teams to develop an effective working relationship ensuring business solutions are being developed on time.
  • Understand the business needs and research the various process and/or technology options that best fit the user requirements.
  • Implement and follow business processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with application and reporting system operations.
  • Verify and review data via measurement verification and critical path reporting, ensuring quality control measures are in place.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years financial or business analysis experience, with knowledge of key financial concepts and mathematical calculations preferred
  • Experience in gathering and translating business requirements to either process or system solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present in front of both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrate very strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a growing and changing environment.
  • Dedicated, self-motivated and dependable.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills with multiple competing priorities
  • Demonstrated, strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding and experience using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Access.

 

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
