As part of the Professional Services Agile team, partner closely with internal CSG teams and external clients to understand, analyze, document and track the business needs and requirements for the software configuration of client energy efficiency programs. Lead software implementation projects for new or existing clients.



  • Act as a fully integrated Agile team member.
  • Creates user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features, granular enough for a single sprint.
  • Present prioritized recommendations to the product owner based on business value.
  • Advocate which user stories should be scheduled into a given sprint and identify and negotiate future project sprint work.
  • Maintain and work with the team to groom the backlog of user stories and defects.
  • Develop effective working relationships with client project team members to ensure clear objectives per project.
  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements, client needs and overall software solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) during the design, build and QA phase of projects within and across sprints.
  • Collaborate with client on end user testing scenarios.
  • Participate in testing and lead the effort to identify gaps and propose resolutions.
  • Utilize problem solving skills, business skills, solid verbal and written communication skills, excellent relationship building skills, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. Education requirements may be satisfied with commensurate experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective project control and organization; strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; flexibility and adaptability to change; decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • 5+ years’ experience with progressively responsible business analysis work and prior software implementation experience.
  • Practical experience with managing software implementation projects preferably using the Agile method.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sufficient initiative to work individually with business partners, IT, and business analysis colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a growing and changing environment.
  • Some travel required 15 – 20%.


Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
