  • Process contractor invoices for payment of utility incentives.
  • Audit invoices for accuracy to ensure transactions comply with financial policies.
  • Enter data into back office system.
  • Process any needed changed orders in back office system.
  • Research and clean up outstanding billing items.
  • Research projects and provide information to Program Manager as needed.
  • Assist billing team in transition to Data Management System.
  • File back up documentation for contractor invoices until paperless transition.
  • Learn and provide back up for additional back office processes as needed.



  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and team orientation.
  • Detail orientation and ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Computer proficiency, experience with Windows-based office applications required.


Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
