Description

Leading global player in the Solar Module and Integrated Solutions space is expanding their established presence in South East Asia. The Technical Service Manager is a critical part of their technical service and sales team for the region.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Service Manager will be leading the technical service team in Singapore. He will be responsible for providing field technical support and special order lead for the Singapore market.
- Technical Service Manager will partner with sales team to drive profitable revenue growth through participation in the sales process. He will be responsible for leading the technical system assessment advice, full support for tender related project preparation and coordination review and approval for PV related project.

Core Requirements:
- Technical Service Manager must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics or Computer, Material Engineering or equivalent. He must have 5+ years of experience in PV/semiconductor industry along with solid customer support experience.
- Technical Service Manager must have experience in directing and coordinating all Solar PV system related technical Service (pre-sales and after-sales services).
