Description

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator with a strong track record of success to drive deployment of the Unlimited Edition, Service Cloud (SF) across our enterprise.  We have a plan to implement SF case management across all customer-facing organizations, including API integration with our transaction systems.  We plan to use SF as a single surface for customer interactions, driving efficiencies into our work while improving our ability to surprise and delight our customers. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the current SF consultancy to understand the configuration and end user training work done to date.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of CSG’s current organization, application systems and product development roadmap.
  • Add administrative capability to the current consultant-managed project team, eventually taking over the roll-out from the consultancy.
  • Work with a cross-functional team of managers to collect and refine requirements and refine configurations.
  • Track all of this work and make it transparent and accessible using a Kanban board in Rally (Agile lifecycle management tool).
  • Configure SF for case management, account management, reporting, and simple workflow management. Create profiles, roles, users, page layouts, email services, approvals, etc.
  • Document this work and make available as a simple SharePoint knowledge base.
  • In conjunction with the Training Services department, work with department managers and power users to assure high quality rollout and high adoption rates for each tool.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support end user and management understanding and facilitate action.
  • Work with the marketing team and third party firms to support integration of Force.com digital marketing and customer engagement tools.
  • Build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Work with the Web application development team to configure and support SF API development from our Kentico platform using an existing SF connector.
  • Conceive of and develop new SF applications by synthesizing end user feedback.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible, hands-on enterprise SF administration and deployment experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.  SF Architect and Implementation Certification also desirable.
  • Track record of successful SF deployment in a large (500+) divisional organization
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional, articulate manner
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge and training on Apex and Visualforce, API development desirable
  • Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Able to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Experience using Agile development approach will be very helpful

Other Requirements:

  • After hours work may be required on occasion.
  • During regional roll-out, requirements gathering travel may be required (approx. one short trip per month for 6 months).  Following initial travel, work can be done remotely and Web conferencing used heavily for interaction with remote teams.

 

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
