Energy Federation, Inc.(EFI), a national leader in promoting energy efficient and renewable energy is looking for a Program Coordinator in our Program Management group as part of our incentive processing division. Ideal candidate must have excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.  Must also be out-going and display a high degree of professionalism with the ability to continuously prioritize, multitask, and work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.  This person will work closely with members of EFI management as well as EFI’s clients, regarding different aspects of the various energy conservation programs. The tasks and responsibilities in this role will evolve based on client and program needs. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Primary Client contact that is responsible for facilitating development and implementation of various energy conservation incentive programs, including program design and data/reporting requirements.
  • Ongoing liaison for customer service issues, data/invoice inquiries and program guidelines as well as other related tasks.
  • Generate and verify summary reports, detail reports and data for invoicing various energy conservation programs.
  • Act as a liaison to the Customer Service Department regarding any customer/program questions that arise due to evolving program policies and procedures
  • Work with the Data Processing Department to ensure that all data processing representatives are fully trained and up-to-date with current policies and procedures relating to Program Coordinator’s specific programs.
  • Create monthly/quarterly invoices for management fees and other billable activities.
  • Manage and maintain both customer and client confidential information.
  • Process information utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • Quality control, including reviewing customer rebate applications, comparing them to program guidelines and rules and validating all information is entered accurately in various databases.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Support EFI’s Mission Statement and Operational Credo.



Successful candidate should have:

  • 2-4 years related work experience, such as program coordination and working with clients at a high level.
  • High degree of discretion dealing with client and customer information.
  • Excellent organizational and proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with strong attention to detail mandatory.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Software, especially Word and Excel.
  • Standard hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm; must have some flexibility to complete tasks at various times to meet client deadlines.
