You communicate seamlessly with the general contractor and other trades, fostering strong relationships that drive the success of the project. You proactively confirm material and equipment orders, eliminating any potential delays. Throughout the day, you conduct quality control checklists to maintain the highest installation standards. • Oversee warehouse interaction with install
• Oversee accuracy in field receiving PO vs Ship tickets

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

To be considered for the HVAC Construction Foreman position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of previous HVAC experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct effective meetings
• Commitment to safety protocols, pre-construction procedures, and trade professionalism
• Demonstrated process-driven mindset, including accurate scheduling and documentation
• Adaptability to optimize workforce and revenue management
• A track record of building strong teams and delivering excellent customer service

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This is a full-time position based in St. George, UT 84790. The typical schedule is 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some evenings and weekends required to ensure project success.
