• Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school.
• EPA Certification.
• MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with the Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck.  
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
