Moore's is seeking a qualified individual for a Fleet Coordinator.Β This position will be responsible for the company vehicle fleet with the support of the Tools and Equipment Manager.
This Fleet Coordinator should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a great reputation with our internal customers as well as our vendors.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining all information and reporting from our GPS system
- Maintaining all internal vehicle reports including fuel card purchases and credit card purchases
- Maintaining all fleet assignments to include coordinating fleet services outside of Altavista
- Partner with Partner Protection (Safety) for vehicle accidents
- Communication with the DMV for tags, registrations, etc.
- Assisting with new fleet purchases as well as selling of out of service fleet
- Towing and recovery coordination
- Set up and coordinate fleet audits with department and area managers
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills including email and phone etiquette
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products
- Basic knowledge of health and safety in construction
- Willing to assist and collaborate with others when issues arise
- Ability to drive an hour or more if needed
- Clean driving record and dependable transportation
