职责概述:
从事极板生产的雇员,完成极板生产,工作有较高技术性,工作应接受上级主管的直接领导。
主要工作职责:
1. 学习并了解精益生产理论,。
2. 符合工作规范(包括安全,质量,5S,效率,设备,上级要求)。
3. 确保填写的各项相关数据的正确性和及时性,协助工长和组长确保前3项重要问题不断获得解决。
4. 参加培训,掌握多岗位技术,获取上岗证,能独立操作并解决发生的基本问题。
5. 参与班组建设(包括自然工作组活动).
6. 遇任何事发生,应及时报告上层管理层,做好班组记录,并作初步处理。
7. 与其他岗位或班组的人员经常保持良好的合作关系。
8. 维护班组生产中的安全和执行区域5S工作。
9. 维持管理控制系统,支持公司的发展计划。
10. 完成指定的其他工作。
安全职责:
1. 报告所有的伤害,虚惊事故,不安全行为/状况和职业健康问题,确保采取立即的纠正措施和协助调查。
2. 支持和遵守所有安全方法,工作系统和安全健康规程。
3. 保持工作区域干净整洁,保持良好的清洁标准。
4. 使用和维护所有需要的个人防护用品。
5. 回顾和参与风险评估,确保理解您的工作区域的危害,包括使用材料和化学品。
6. 纠正和建议改进员工的不安全行为和现场的不安全状况。报告所有的安全违章问题。
7. 积极参与团队的安全讨论
8. 支持对您区域的安全健康体系和程序改善。
9. 参加所有要求的培训
10. 遵循所有的个人卫生要求,以积极减少化学品和铅的暴露
环保职责:
1. 参与环境因素、危害因素的识别;
2. 参与环境/职业健康安全方面的协调和信息交流;
3. 接受公司及本部门实施的ISO14001和OHSAS18001体系培训;
4. 遵守公司环境安全管理体系运行的各项要求;
5. 发现违章及紧急状况,按规定及时通报并积极参与调查及实施改进。
6. 负责本岗位环境因素和危险源的控制;
