A DAY IN THE LIFE
Printing, compiling/binding documents, mailing, and receiving mail, packages, and documents
Tasks involving Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.), Workday, Salesforce, and/or other programs as required
Assisting with organizing office meetings and team building functions
Assisting with proposals and document line editing
Ordering and restocking supplies
Document filing and daily office maintenance
Coordinating facility maintenance tasks such as scheduling contractors, gathering cost estimates, etc.
Answering emails
Answering and transferring phone calls
Maintain contact lists, organizational charts, etc.
Exercising safe work practices by following Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including completion of required safety training programs
Other tasks as assigned
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
This is a full-time in office position. To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Environmental Science, or similar degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
2+ years in an office setting
Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products.
Proficiency and experience with Workday and/or Salesforce a plus.
Strong organization and time/task management skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to spend many hours using office equipment and computers
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds from the floor to overhead/waist level
A desire to work in a professional collaborative environment, share ideas to improvements, and have a positive team spirit
