This is a non-union positionAt Enbridge, we are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and experienced full-time Administrative Assistant III to provide administrative support to the Vice President Utility Public Affairs & Communications and Director, Municipal and Stakeholder Engagement. In this role, the successful candidate will help the department run effectively by assisting with logistics, accounts payable, reporting, events and data processing. If you have experience working in a public policy, communications, or public affairs environment that would be an asset.

What You Will Do:
Administration of travel arrangements, calendars, meetings, employee expenses and corporate cards for the VP and Director.
Provides meeting support and participates in various department meetings and initiatives. Monitors and reviews action items and assures timely response and follow up.
Prepares and maintains internal and external documents.
Handles routine and non-routine correspondence.
Maintains email distribution lists, emergency contact listing, and department SharePoint site to ensure accuracy.
Supports data processing for the department.
Tracks the teamβs compliance with deadline-driven activities.
Prepares and/or secures managerial reports as needed.
Tracks inventory of branded apparel and facilitates other utility public affairs functions on an as needed basis.
Who You Are:
Minimum 3 years of directly related administrative experience
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Ability to deal with multiple projects at one time and bring them to successful conclusion within deadlines.
Ability to work independently and possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.
High level of communication, both written and verbal, and able to communicate successfully at various levels of the organization.
Requires a high level of discretion, judgement, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external contacts, and confidential or sensitive information.
Team player.
Preferred:
Completion of an Office Administration or equivalent program diploma

This position requires most communication be completed electronically (screen time >90%)
Limited travel (<5%) in relation to offsite Department-wide team meetings
