Work closely with the Head of DACH ICG supporting the day-to-day management of fundraising and client account servicing in the region.
Manage a wide range of client servicing responsibilities for the DACH investor base, ensuring prompt responses to investor inquiries and delivering high-quality communications to clients.
Partner with Product Strategy and other teams to handle firm and product data requests, maintain the investor sales pipeline, and oversee Salesforce activity and internal reporting for the DACH region.
Monitor DACH client engagement, ensuring timely follow-ups to advance all sales opportunities.
Assist IGC team in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, internal presentation materials, briefing memos, and reporting requests.
Lead the planning and organizing of various investor marketing outreach activities including roadshows and due diligence sessions in close coordination with the London Events & Brand Marketing.
Collaborate with ICG team in planning, organizing, and executing conferences and other events across Europe, including preparing briefing materials, scheduling meetings, and arranging relevant materials. A significant portion of the candidate’s time will be dedicated to the logistics of organizing and executing sales-related events, and thus it is important that they are enthusiastic about event planning.
Participate in internal and external sales meetings, taking detailed, organized notes and summarizing follow-ups, ownerships, and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
3-5 years of prior experience in a sales role at an alternative asset management firm or investment bank; understanding of private markets strongly preferred (private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and/or private equity).
Fluency in German language required.
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.
An energetic self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach. Brings high energy and drive, excelling in lean, fast-paced settings with a ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ attitude.
The candidate will need to demonstrate strong self-sufficiency and be highly capable of working autonomously, taking initiative in gathering information independently.
Team player willing to collaborate with the broader European and Global ICG sales team.
Salesforce experience preferred.
High-quality written and verbal communication skills; adept at networking with industry professionals and representing the firm at external events.
Strong interpersonal skills to support communication with external counterparties.
