Associate, Workday Reporting

Position Overview

The Human Capital (HC) team leads the development and execution of the firm’s core HC processes, programs, and strategic initiatives. The team consists of (1) Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, DE&I, Employee Relations, and Citizenship; (2) Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs) that partner with the business to implement organizational and talent strategies; and (3) HC Operations team that manages HC technology, reporting & analytics, and core HC operational activities.

The role

We are looking to hire an experienced HC reporting and analytics Associate to work with the Apollo HC team in our Mumbai office as well as team members across the globe (mainly in US and UK).

This role will primarily be responsible for HC reporting and analytics, and work with the global team to help evolve reporting and deliver people analytics insights.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create required reports in Workday to meet business needs; partner with team to identify best reporting option based on requirements
• Create calculated fields and troubleshoot for reporting issues, bugs etc.
• Create data driven presentations and generate qualitative insights
• Develop and maintain various templates for reporting requests
• Create and maintain SOP, job aides and other training material as required
• Help to identify opportunities for process and data enhancements, do data audits and highlight gaps in the workday data
• Help to support business Requests for Proposal, providing appropriate HC data and analyses as necessary

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong analytical skills – preferably experience from working with internal reporting in large international company – (Finance, Marketing, Business Development or HR)
• Robust experience with Excel and deliver simple reporting off multiple sets of data
• Ideally having experience with Workday application and from international, multi-cultural organisations.
• Business understanding and the ability to transform data into value adding support for business decisions – (applied analytics)
• Service-minded and knows the importance of good customer service
• Experience from complex (matrix) organizations
• Being systematic and have a structured work style with focus on details
• A good team player and motivated self-starter
• Very good communication and coordinating skills and fluent in English, both verbal and writing
• An innovative and problem-solving approach to tasks.
• Enjoy working in fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency
• Having an innovative and problem-solving approach to your tasks
• Solid experience in Data Visualisation
• Knowledge of Workday Prism a plus
