In ERM Madrid we are looking for a Commercial Business Assistant to join our team. This person will work closely alongside our partners and be an integral member of the business.

We have a hybrid working model of 2 days per week in the office and our offices are based on Paseo de la Castellana.

Main responsibilities of the Commercial Business Assistant:

• Assist partners with tasks such as proposal preparation, documentation prep and gathering and ad hoc tasks
• Work with the country manager to prepare the monthly business forecast
• Organise company and team events
• Translate commercial presentations from English to Spanish
• Maintain commercial templates and documents updated
• Liaise with clients to organise meetings and assist with any requests for information
• Manage client platforms and inboxes of key clients
• Organise senior leadership meetings from diary to preparation of presentations and files, to minute taking

As an ideal candidate you will have:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Prior experience working with senior leadership teams and important clients
• Strong Office package knowledge Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc
• Event planning experience would be a plus
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
